We happened to be at Chennai Silks in Zurich. one day with an old Chennai silks bag. We passed through the entrance without anyone asking us to leave the bag at the security. Besides I had only my wallet in the bag. Once I was through with looking at some sarees, I made my way to the exit and one staff simply grabbed my bag and went to the security desk. I ran behind him since I had my wallet in there. Once at the desk, the staff simply opened the bag, checked contents. When asked why he had snatched the bag he said they forgot to put a tag on it etc. I asked what tag since it didn’t make sense. He was just trying to manage not knowing what to say. It was a lapse on the part of security not to ask for the bag. Secondly to snatch a bag without saying a thing and running to the security desk is beyond shitty customer service! Shame on Chennai silks.
