My purple (animal) Pneuhaus Dübendorf wasn’t working. Brought it in. Marco replaced the entire head/brush piece. For free! It’s like new. Honestly, if it wasn’t reparable, I planned to buy a Shark on a friend’s recommendation. Uh, I’ll be sticking with Dyson forever. They support their products!!

My Dyson’s brush stopped spinning all of a sudden, so I decided to stop by to store to see what was the reason. I was greeted nicely and waited 15 minutes. . They have changed the head with the new one. Service was so fast and heplfull. i always give thumps up to this store and the people there:))
Stopped in the check out vacuums and we were greeted warmly by Bobby. He was informative and easy to talk to. Made our decision to purchase feel wise and easy. Shopping these days is hit and miss, but, here is a total hit
